Eric grew up in Nevis and his passion for real estate has spanned over 26 years of service to the area he loves and calls home.  Eric started in the real estate industry in 1996, and in 2010 he opened Wolff & Simon Real Estate with his business partner, T.J. Simon. 

Eric enjoys being involved in the communities he serves.  Eric currently serves on the boards for Heartland Lakes Development Commission and the Nevis Basketball Association.  He is a past board member of the Greater Lakes Association of Realtors and the Hubbard County Developmental Achievement Center.  Eric is also a dedicated coach for Nevis youth sports.

Eric is an avid outdoorsman.  In his off time, you will find Eric spending time on the water or in the woods with family and friends.  Eric lives north of Nevis with his wife, Tara, and their children Elin and August.  Whether you’re thinking of buying or selling, put Eric’s experience to work for you!
