T.J. Simon grew up in Eagan, MN.  After graduation, T.J. attended Bemidji State University where he majored in marketing with a minor in MIS.  Upon graduating college in 2002, T.J. managed his 2nd generation family construction business.  His interest in real estate went hand in hand with construction, starting in the real estate industry in 2004, and opening Wolff & Simon Real Estate with Eric Wolff in 2010.

T.J. is a past member of the Park Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce’s “Ambassadors” and was a volunteer hockey coach for 6 years.  He continued his volunteerism in the real estate industry where he served as president of the Greater Lakes Association of Realtors (GLAR) in 2014 & 2015, a GLAR education instructor, treasurer of the Minnesota Association of Realtors in 2019, Minnesota Association of Realtors president-elect in 2020, and the Minnesota Association of Realtors president in 2021.  In 2017, T.J. received the State of Minnesota Realtors Ed Anderson Political Achievement award for political service and achievement.

T.J. Is married to Esther with sons Darien and Hunter, and daughter Kyah.  He loves spending time with his family outdoors fishing, hunting, camping, and golfing.  T.J. is passionate about real estate - contact him for all your real estate needs!
